- SOLIDARITY, as an issue of societal RESPONSIBILITY with regard to the situation of the most fragile, which is a true COMMITMENT TO ACT, by activating the social link between generations, in other words the capacity of each and every one to mobilize in favor of people in a vulnerable situation
- LAICITY which underlines a requirement of neutrality in matters of religious, philosophical and political conviction, and recalls the principle of the freedom of conscience of each, and this, within the limit and respect for the freedom of others
